• ·Resend: sends transactional email such as checklist deliveries and audit results.
• ·Stripe: processes client payments. Stripe collects payment details directly and we do not store card numbers.
• ·Vercel: hosts this website and generates standard server logs.
• ·Amazon Web Services: provides cloud infrastructure and storage supporting parts of the site.
• ·OpenAI: powers the AI visibility check feature. The brand or URL you submit is sent to OpenAI to generate your result.

Data retention

We keep subscriber email addresses for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove them from active lists when you unsubscribe.

Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of our analytics providers, typically 14 months or less. Server logs and error reports are kept for a short operational window.

We delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described here, unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Your rights and choices

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
